What are my shipping & delivery options and what does it cost?

Trendlings offers two shipping options for your convenience.

Option 1 – Standard shipping

We have fixed our shipping rates at R89 anywhere in South Africa. If you spend more than R900 with us, your shipping is FREE to all major city centres within RSA.

Once your order has been placed, you will be provided with a tracking number, please allow us 1 to 2 business days to fulfill your order. We use the courier guy to get your orders delivered to you within 3 - 4 working days. For outlying areas, allow 4-7 days for delivery.  Please track your order via their website on https://thecourierguy.pperfect.com . 

Delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times provided by our courier, and we cannot be held liable for any 3rd party delays. Kindly note that no deliveries will take place on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays unless by prior arrangement.

Option 2 – Collection

If you are based in Cape Town, then you can make use of our FREE collection option. You will be able to collect your parcel from us in Milnerton, Cape Town. Once your order has been placed, then we will pop you an email with details for collection.

When will I get my order?

Our courier collects parcels from our premises from Monday - Friday. Orders placed on our website are usually processed within 1 to 2 working  business days.  

Once the courier has received your parcel, the Delivery time will vary based on location.

After dispatch please allow for 2-3 days delivery of Major city centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban etc), and 4 - 7 days for outlying areas.
